Do you believe in miracles?  If yes, chalk it off to one.  If not, let's
get to the bottom of this.  What are your browser settings?  Does your
problem occur for both ftp and http mirrors?  Can you access the mirrors
via a command-line ftp?  Does "wget" work?  Do you have a proxy?

BTW, you might want to try selecting *all* the mirrors (using Shift-click)
and letting setup try each one in turn.  Let us know which of them work
(and post setup.log.full, please).
