Probably because it's not Cygwin related: "bind" for bash: "bind -l" or "bind -P" If your asking for the terminal: same as for a normal console window ("Enter" copies, "right mouse" pastes). rxvt uses mouse for selecting and [Shift]+[Ins] for pasting.
