Choose "Download from Internet" and get required packages to a networked drive 2. Choose "Install from local directory" and copy required packages to local drive 3. Choose "Download from Internet" and get a few additional packages 4 Choose "Install from local directory" and copy additional packages to local drive 5 Get colleague to choose "Install from local directory" - Full list only includes those packages downloaded at 2 and NOT the additional ones downloaded at 4. 6. Try deleting setup.ini and re-running 5 - same result. 7. Choose "Download from Internet" and get a later version of one additional package first obtained at 3 8. Get colleague to choose "Install from local directory" - list now complete !!
