Use the 'Install Cygwin Now' > link at http://cygwin.com/ to download a newer version. Might be site specific. I got the same errors from rcn. Downloaded a "new" setup.exe. Checksum was the same as the old one however and the errors were the same. Changed sites to udel.edu and things ran fine. -- Jon H.
