Hello,
	I installed the newest snapshot according to the instruction in
the documentation.  And now I have this error before every bash prompt.
readline: warning: rl_prep_terminal: cannot get terminal settings

Tab completion doesn't work either.  In the cygwin source I can't find the
string, "cannot get terminal settings" anywhere.

And if I type sh I get this.
$ sh
\[\033]0;\w\007
\033[32m\]\u@\h \[\033[33m\w\033[0m\]
$ bash: [1316: 1] tcsetattr: Bad file number

[2]+  Stopped                 sh

Any help would be appreciated.
