OK, I tried each of the following. Since I have both cygwin and windows
versions of rsync avaialble, I've been playing with each one:

`c:\cygwin\bin\rsync.exe --daemon
--config=c:\cygwin\usr\share\rsync.conf`;
`/cygdrive/c/WINNT/system32/rsync --daemon
--config=/cygdrive/c/WINNT/system32/drivers/etc/rsyncd.conf`;
`c:\/WINNT\/system32\/rsync --daemon
--config=\/winnt\/system32\/drivers\/etc\/rsyncd.conf`;

How can suggest new things to try if we don't know what the old things
you're tried are?
