I find that when I ssh/telnet from a bash prompt to a linux box and attempt to run emacs, I cannot set the mark with C-space (or with C-@). Has anybody else run into this? Have you solved it? Should I set CYGWIN=tty? Should I set CYGWIN32=tty? Should I play with my (nonexistant) ~/.inputrc file? Thanks for any pointers. --wpd -- Want to unsubscribe from this list?
