Did you `mount --help'?

Assuming you've installed Cygwin to c:\Cygwin since you didn't tell me that
information, you would:

mount -f -s -b c:/cygwin /
mount -f -s -b c:/cygwin/bin /usr/bin
mount -f -s -b c:/cygwin/lib /usr/lib
