SGI released the SGI OpenGL API implementation code recently under
an OpenSource License (see http://oss.sgi.com/projects/ogl-sample

You can download OPenGL API for Cygwin from
http://siddiqi.webjump.com

The archive include, libGL libGLU, libGLUT, libGLw, libnurbs,
libutil
and librgb.  Static and DLLs versions are provided.
