Hi All,

I am running Cygwin on windoze98, when running GDB and
trying to attach to a running process, I get the
message "can't attach to process".

Can anyone help me with this.

I've tried:
gdb filename process#

as well as running gdb and using the file command and
the attach command and get the same error.
