Hmm, you're using w95 or w98.  You must install the latest version and then get
the Jan 15th snapshot and install that if you plan to get anywhere.  Goto Mumit
Khan's page and download EGCS-1.1.2 for cygwin and install that over the cygwin
installation.  Modify the Initial Environment setting from the properties page
of the cygwin shortcut and set it to at least 4096.
