Hi,

I downloaded a binary version of perl for cygwin B20.1 from
ftp://belgarion.resnet.gatech.edu/pub/cygwin/B20/perl/perl5.005_03-cygwinb20
.tar.bz2

Everything works like a charm but it is missing the POSIX.pm module. 
Is there a non-obvious reason for this ?
