I try to configure the inetutils-1.3b = GNU=20 package

./configure=20 --prefix=3D/users/dhs3/hours1/gnu/inetutils-1.3b/install = --target=3Di586-pc-cygwin32=20 --build=3Dsparc-sun-solaris2.5.1 --host=3Di586-pc-cygwin32

and I have the error :

..
checking whether setvbuf = arguments are=20 reversed... configure: error: can not
run test program while cross=20 compiling
