From: N8TM AT aol DOT com Subject: egcs-19990103 not supported by cygwin? 5 Jan 1999 05:29:21 -0800 Message-ID: <959f3837.3691b634.cygnus.gnu-win32@aol.com> Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit To: gnu-win32 AT cygnus DOT com Apparently, the egcs snapshots are now requiring software which supports configure directives of the form AC_XXXX(yyyy), probably requiring a version of autoconf which may not have been ported to cygwin. Is this correct, or has someone done the port? Up to now, it was sufficient to make minor changes to autoconf-2.1.2. I have not been able to figure out why the egcs supplied version of autoconf doesn't work with cygwin. - For help on using this list (especially unsubscribing), send a message to "gnu-win32-request AT cygnus DOT com" with one line of text: "help".
