If you are willing to install X11R6.3 you can get xterm/rxvt;
take a look at:

  http://dao.gsfc.nasa.gov/software/grads/win32/X11R6.3

Back in b18 days people (Steve O?) had a native port of rxvt
using ntxlib - search the archives.
