Hi,

    I noticed that cygwin has regexp in cygwin.dll (winsup) instead of
regex.  There is already regex code in the tree elsewhere (ie. the
cdk/diff directory).  The regex interface is POSIX and the regexp
interface is not.  Should cygwin switch over to regex?
