I find the Windows help system good to use and most people at work do
not know
any other info/help system.  Is there a way to automatically generate
these from
info/texinfo/tex (or whatever the documentation source format) ?

HTML would be an even better format as documentation can be stored on a
local server
and accessable by anyone using any platform.  Is there a tool to
generate HTML help
files ?
