It's good that it doesn't affect everyone, but 5.47 has
been out for a few months, and 5.46 is a few years old.
So an updated package would help others regardless.

Thanks but that didn't fix it.
But it's OK. I've installed 5.47 from source and it's fine.
I'll remove it when the Cygwin package is updated to 5.47.
