"The lucida font family is provided by the package font-bh-dpi75 (or font-b=
h-dpi100). The monospaced version, lucida typewriter is provided by the pac=
kage font-bh-lucidatypewriter-dpi75 (or font-bh-lucidatypewriter-dpi100). "
