These types of things can be done from scripts

rthompso@raker ~ $ cat ./testmail.sh
#!/bin/bash

echo "this is a script email test" | mutt -x -s testscript user@domain.com

cat "testfile" | mutt -x -s testscript user@domain.com



etc, etc
