Versions: crgwin dll 1.5.5 and perl 5.8.2-5

When executing system() commands in perl, the system is unable to
recognize "shortcut" files, like:

     system("my-program.exe.lnk")

Note that I verified that ActiveState perl handles the situation
properly.
