Hello Igor!

Before posting I did search the cygwin list for "setup resize window"
but didn't examine the results deep enough to find the discussions
that people already had about this topic.

Thanks for your elaborate mail and explaining to me why the
problem can not be overcome by the click of the mouse.

Yep, sorry, it's all my fault. I was naive thinking that the fixed setup
window size problem could be solved easily.
