The *.sh files are now *.sh.done.
Also, here are the lines from the log that contain
"bzip2.sh":
...
Installing file cygfile:///etc/postinstall/bzip2.sh
...
2003/04/03 16:57:18 running: C:\cygwin\bin\sh.exe -c 
/etc/postinstall/bzip2.sh
/etc/postinstall/bzip2.sh: not found
