The first thing that I always do is to try to resize the installation dialog, then put up with all the scrolling around. When will the Cygwin's setup have a option to maximize and/or resize the window of the setup itself? It's very anoying to scroll the bars all the time, and there are 2, the vertical and the horizontal ones! Please fix this.
