Hello, there! :)

I noticed, that in the last few days, when I get the fresh snapshot diff
file to patch my cygwin source tree, the file .snapshot-date doesn't
contain the right date. For example the .snapshot-date in the 16 Jul diff
contains the date 15 Jul while the prebuilt snapshot dll correctly
shows 16 Jul.
