There are several packages needed, you need now at least w32api, but
I suggest you want some more, the new setup provides a short description 
what is in a package. Click on 'Full' and read all the descriptions.

Later you'll need zlib, jpeg, ncurses, readline to mention only a few.

Maybe you just want to install ALL?
