Hi,

What happened to the "insert" key?  It used to toggle between insert &
replace mode (says so at the bottom), now I don't know what it is supposed
to do (it seems to toggle the first character of the line between
upper/lower case).  It is very useful if it is the same as vim on Linux (Red
Hat 7.1) like it was until yesterday.  Are there any other new "features"?
