Question.  I have some windows source code that was developed with MS Visual 
C++ that i want to tinker with (compile, etc).

Are there any free options that i could use? The source code is obviously 
windows based (aint nothin' like linux code...looks messy :)

I've just been told the only option is to use wine developer libraries. 

Any other  options?
