Ahhh, sorry, i see with the 'new' setup.exe it doesn't work 
anymore without setup.ini.

I liked the 'old' way, old old setup could be used to install 
everything without setup.ini, too. 
Sometimes progress isn't really one...
That is the reason, i still use old setup.exe many times,
unfortunately it was not able to extract .bz2 files.
