hello,

running the latest version of rxvt it appears that, under certain
conditions (several hours of use), the scroll bar "fills up" and no
longer functions. That is, it looks exactly like it does when the
window is created and there is nothing to scroll.

NOTE:this cant be duplicated by: while true do ls done. 

I wanted to attach a screen shot but its size exceeded the 10k limit
for posting.

my command line is:
D:\cygwin\bin\rxvt.exe +ls -sr -sl 4096 -tn cygwin -fg white -fn 9x15
-bg black -e bash --login
