Subject: dialog boxes in setup cannot be used with keyboard

In some case there is no keyboard shortcut for the selectable options on
the dialog boxes in setup.exe.

This can be simply added by prefixing the letter you want to use with a
ampersand ('&').

    Install From &Local
    &Install From Internet
    &Download from Internet

This makes life easier on a laptop.

Thanks.

Nick
