Delete any older cygwin1.dll's from your system.  You probably have one in
your Windows system directory.

Someday in the far distant future, mankind will be extinguished in a bloody
nuclear holocaust.  Only cockroaches will survive.  And, they will probably
pass the time laboriously typing messages to each other on the few surviving
PCs:
