$ fetchmail -u username -p POP3 213.180.128.80
Enter password for username@213.180.128.80:
fetchmail: unknown or invalid command
1 message for username at 213.180.128.80 (997 octets).
reading message 1 of 1 (997 octets) fetchmail: SMTP connect to localhost failed
fetchmail: SMTP transaction error while fetching from 213.180.128.80
fetchmail: Query status=10 (SMTP)

And what now? IMHO it needs sendmail or something like that,
but I have only standard Cygwin packages.
