It works if you make sure that the CYGWIN environment variable is set to
'binmode' so ssh doesn't try to do CR/LF translations.  There is still an
outstanding problem with OpenSSH and WinCVS on Win95 (and maybe 98 too) but
everything works fine on NT/Win2K.
