I have upgraded to CYGWIN 1.0 from B18 and have now found that files

which are put under RCS are having multiple copies of the entire
file saved and not just the deltas. Replacing the Diff.exe with the
old diff.exe and reinstating the cygwin.dll saves deltas only.
However replacing diff.exe from Cygwin 1.0 in the beta18 release
does not invoke the problem ?????
