You can get a libcrypt-cygwin-b20.1.tar.bz2 only 
from ftp://sourceware.cygnus.com/pub/cygwin/xfree

Since libcrypt.a is also needed to compile cygwin-xfree
development sources, therefore I have uploaded it there.
