Subject: how to prevent bash from opening a window?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

On windows NT, I'm exec'ing bash from a java program to run a shell
script. By default, bash opens a window on the screen, which flashes
momentarily while the shell script completes. This is undesirable
behavior. Is there a flag or environment variable I can pass to bash
which prevents this window from appearing?

Thanks,
Neal Prager
