Nope, the problem lies with MSIE - it is wrongly showing the year.  If you
use Netscape, it shows correctly.  AFAIK, the problem has been in MSIE for
quite a few versions (even in v5), if not all of them.

ps.  I am not pushing any particular browser here, just simply telling the
facts.
