I'm trying to get an mbone feed via a dialup connection (low bandwitdth
use here, text based communication), and thought of compiling mrouted with
gnu-win32 or mingw32.

Has anyone done this, and is this even something that can be done in
userspace or is a kernel or system driver for Windows needed instead?

Am I wasting my time with mrouted sources, is there already a free
replacement for windows that does just this?
