Geoffrey,

I noticed in perusing the headers that there's duplicate macro definitions for
many things in shellapi.h that are already setup in Windows32/functions.h - but
not quite all. If these were moved into functions.h (to centralize them) and
shellapi.h *itself* included windows.h (if it wasn't already, it's not like you
can use shellapi.h w/o windows.h anyway) that would resolve some maintenance
issues of the set, don't you think?

Just wondering.
