I finally got sshd working, using 'invoker' utility mentioned on Sergey Okhapkin's webpage. It is interesting that sshd now works under 'administrator' account that doesn't have any of the special privileges ("Act as part of operating system", "Replace a process level token" and "Increase quotas") set!
