I have difficulty in getting the terminal to behave like an ANSI
terminal when I do ispell.  The lines printed by ispell are all
squeezed at the bottom of the screen.  I tried setting

CYGWIN="notitle tty"
export $CYGWIN

but they do not help.

Does anyone know how to fix the problem?  Thanks.
