Installing to D:\apps\cygnus  (an NTFS partition)

 MessageBox 1: (MB_OK)
   TITLE_CAPTIONBAR - entry not found in stringtable
 MessageBox 2: (MB_OK)
   Error ocurred during move data process: -106
   Component: Tools
   File Group: Tools
   File: mktransgif.tcl


The program deleted all it's intalled files before I got a close look at
them. No 'Program group'/menu stuff created.

Subsequent install to c:\cygnus seems to have worked okay...
