B20 seems to have some serious problems on my NT4 SP4 system.  Trying to
configure ncurses-4.2 is first of all incredibly slow, and in addition,
is hanging for a half-hour at a time with 100% cpu usage on a different
test every time (this time, it's "checking for setbuf...").  Is there a
way I can get more information to help track down this bug?
