Hi Paul,
it is missing from the gnu-win32 headers but it is equiavalent to
(HMODULE)GetWindowLong(hwnd,GWL_HINSTANCE) or GetModuleHandle(NULL)
the window is owner by your process, in that case you can also
use the hInstance parameter of WinMain.
