Good news: guavac 1.2 compiles out of the box with egcs 1.1

Bad news: Any time I compile anything, I get the following error:

% guavac -classpath /usr/local/share/guavac/classes.zip:. test.java
Could not find java/lang/Object in the class path.
Compilation Failed

Anyone successfully get guavac going?
