Hi there:

I tried everything earnie boyd and others asked me to do
like setting CYGWIN32 to tty, not typing ctrl-C anyway, 
using sergey's dll and reading Earnie's IMPORTANT NOTICES
over and over again.

But, it still locks up Win95. Sergey's dll performs worse; the 
b19.1 cygwinb19.dll get a lot further.

With me, these lockups are fully reproduceable. It locks up
always in the same position of the make sequence of my program.
