I need some way to set the terminal into non-echo mode.  I normally do that
with this chunk of code:


  ioctl(f, TCGETS, &ttyb);
  ioctl(f, TCGETS, &ttysav);
  ttyb.c_lflag &= ~(ECHO|ISIG);
  ioctl(f, TCSETS, &ttyb);


.... or something similiar to it.  The above, however doesn't work.  TCGETS
is undefined.  Is there any way to correctly do this?
