I down loaded new-cygwinb19.dlll.gz from the FTP site and installed
it on my Windows 95 system according to the directions in the README. 
I tried running the latest Xemacs configure script and my system still locks
up.  Does anyone know of other tricks to prevent the lockup?
Are there any specific MicroSoft patches that might help?
