When you run the b19 gdb using the March 4th cygwinb19.dll
to check what is happening with Midnight Commander, you get
the follwing information about where in cygwinb19.dll the
crash occurs:

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
0x432e52 in OS_SETUP ().

One of these days, it may even be possible to copy text from
the tkgdb buffer.
